BSGS(Bulk Specialty Gas System) is a PLC-based fully automatic high-flow bulk specialty gas supply system equipped with touchscreen HMI and integrated safety interlock logic. Configured with high-purity valves, precision filters and pressure sensors, it enables continuous, fail-safe delivery of ultra-high-purity process gases. Designed for centralized gas distribution in semiconductor, TFT, photovoltaic and LED fabs, it supports SiH₄, NF₃, NH₃, N₂O, HCl and CO₂, featuring a standard dual-cylinder gas cabinet with optional auxiliary valves and pipeline heaters.
BSGR (Bulk Specialty Gas Rack) adopts open modular UHP frame with 316L EP stainless steel gas panel, supporting large-volume bulk gas containers. Equipped with automatic switchover, PLC+HMI control, safety interlocks and large-flow pipeline expansion, it connects fab central monitoring systems. For ventilated independent gas rooms, it serves semiconductor, PV, LED and coating lines, delivering stable supply of inert & mild corrosive ultra-high purity process gases with low maintenance cost.
GC(Gas Cabinet) is PLC-controlled with 5.7” touchscreen HMI and built-in safety interlocks. Equipped with premium high-purity valves, filters and pressure sensors, it supports manual purging, auto cylinder switch and alarm-triggered emergency shutoff for flammable, corrosive and toxic specialty gases. It serves semiconductor fabs for continuous high-purity gas supply of SiH₄, NH₃, NF₃ and more, with standard dual-cylinder cabinet and optional valves & pipeline heaters.
This semi-open GR Gas Rack delivers steady inert low-risk gas supply with simplified, cost-saving layout. Equipped with pressure regulation, multi-channel nitrogen utility and vent interfaces, it adopts manual cylinder switching without auto-purge. Ideal for semiconductor, PV and biopharma cleanrooms, it serves auxiliary bulk gases like N₂, Ar, He and CDA for low-hazard distribution stations.
