TGCM refers to the comprehensive operation and maintenance services provided by suppliers to semiconductor manufacturers, including equipment management, safety management, engineering and technical support, analytical services, information management, etc. It shall be responsible for the stable operation and management of the gas and chemical supply systems and their auxiliary systems within the scope of responsibility. Subject to force majeure exclusions, it shall ensure the safe, stable and uninterrupted operation of the supply and recovery systems, as well as compliance with applicable environmental requirements.

Support the initial commissioning of equipment, pipelines, GMS (Gas Management System), auxiliary equipment, and complete system handover.
Develop response plans and conduct emergency drills; perform emergency handling when system anomalies occur.
Establish maintenance programs, develop corrective maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance plans, set up a spare parts management system, and execute operations in accordance with plans and procedures.
Generate records and reports for daily operation, maintenance, and anomaly handling, and conduct reporting.
Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work forms; perform routine raw material cylinder replacements to ensure supply quality.
Track online and stock levels of specialty gases and chemicals, support consumption forecasting, and conduct incoming material inspection.
Establish management archives and conduct regular inspections and maintenance.
File and maintain validity periods and various operation and maintenance data to enable traceable management.
